My granddad, Elgin Smith, originally started Elgin Smith Agency in 1961. In the 70’s, it was the largest Real Estate brokerage in town. He helped thousands of Chattanoogans sell their homes and developed many residential and commercial properties in town. He instilled in his family of love for the Lord and a love for Real Estate.
